Matrix Office Park is located at the intersection of Slavonska avenija, Heinzelova street and Radnička cesta. Attractive and functional energy-efficient design and modern spaces with excellent transport infrastructure meet the requirements of the new generation of companies, entrepreneurs, customers and employees.

Matrix Office Park building C is a first class and DGNB-certified office building with two levels of underground parking with a total area of approximately 10,341 m2 GLA and 20,439 mGBA. The building consists of an underground parking garage on 2 floors, a first floor with mixed (retail) use with entrance hall and accompanying facilities, 6 floors with office use, a flat non-accessible roof with photovoltaic panels and a square on the roof of the underground parking garage.

Building C of Matrix Office Park is a pilot project for obtaining the international DGNB certificate and was fully adapted to its requirements and criteria. The DGNB certification system is the only one that complies with EU regulations and standards, which is why the Croatian Green Building Council focuses on promoting this particular certificate. The system has become a global benchmark for sustainability and has proven to be the most advanced due to its comprehensive approach to the assessment of buildings and urban areas. It is the only certificate that gives equal importance to the economic and environmental aspects of sustainable buildings.

The new building is designed as a multi-storey building and has the shape of the letter 'H' in its floor plan. The ground plan of the above-ground part of the building is solved within the lines enclosing the area of 42.90mx47.10 m.

There are 255 parking spaces provided, which meets the needs of the building.
