Energy certification is a set of actions and procedures carried out for the purpose of issuing an energy certificate, this includes an energy audit of the building, necessary calculations for climatic data to express specific annual heating energy demand, specific annual cooling energy demand, specific annual delivered energy, specific annual primary energy, specific annual CO2 emissions, determination of the building’s energy class, and production of the energy certificate.

Since 2004, we have been engaged in environmental protection, guided by the awareness of the need to preserve the environment, the implementation of sustainable development principles, and in compliance with Croatian and EU legislation.
By collaborating with other departments within the company as well as external experts, we provide consulting services in the field of environmental protection and prepare Strategic Studies, Waste Management Reports, Environmental Impact Studies, Environmental Condition Reports, Environmental Protection Programs, Landfill Closure Plans and Programs, preparation of documentation required for obtaining Environmental Permits, including the production of Baseline Report, the preparation of the basis for the Environmental Protection Label "Environment Friendly" and in-depth environmental analysis (Environmental Due Diligence).

Renovation
In the devastating earthquakes in March (22.03.2020, local magnitude 5.5 on the Richter scale with the epicenter in Zagreb) and December 2020 (29.12.2020, local magnitude 6.4 on the Richter scale with the epicenter 3 km from Petrinja) that struck the city of Zagreb and its surroundings,numerous buildings were damaged and destroyed, including cultural monuments.
The earthquakes caused severe damage to the historical and cultural architectural heritage of the city of Zagreb and caused irreparable damage.
The company Interkonzalting systematically participates in the renovation and revitalization of buildings from damage caused by earthquakes, in the work of expert supervision, the preparation of project and technical documentation for the implementation of measures to protect cultural heritage damaged in the earthquake, and as an occupational safety coordinator.
We participated in the renovation of the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saints Stephen and Ladislaus (Zagreb Cathedral), the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the HAZU library, the Natural History Museum, the Ehrlich-Marić villa, the Erdödy castle, and the Vranyczany-Dobrinović palace.
