Park Avenue is a contemporary mixed-use development located in one of Zagreb’s most dynamic urban areas, at the intersection of Radnička Road and Vukovar Avenue. The project is conceived as a response to the demands of modern urban living, with a strong focus on functionality, architectural clarity and long-term sustainability. The total gross built area of the complex amounts to 10,305 m², encompassing all floors and functional spaces of the building.
The spaces are vertically organized across multiple levels, forming a coherent functional whole that combines residential and commercial uses, while allowing flexibility and a high level of user comfort. The architectural concept is based on contemporary principles of simple volumes and balanced proportions, complemented by generous daylighting throughout the interiors. A ventilated façade system with terracotta elements and stone cladding ensures durability, energy efficiency and a clear architectural identity.
Within the implementation of the project, Interkonzalting acts as a professional partner to the investor, providing technical advisory services, construction supervision, and performing the role of Health and Safety Coordinator (Level II). Through continuous involvement and coordination of all participants in the construction process, Interkonzalting ensures compliance with design documentation, applicable regulations, and the highest standards of quality and occupational safety.
