Interkonzalting provided professional supervision over the execution of construction works for Pavilions 1 and 2, as well as Pavilion 4, which includes the student center, technical facility, and laundry, along with the construction of roads provisionally named Studentska Street 1 and Studentska Street 2, and a pedestrian walkway with accompanying infrastructure within the University Campus in Rijeka.

Pavilion 1 and Pavilion 2 each consist of two expansion joints:

Pavilion 1

Expansion Joint 1: 14.66 x 44.22 m + 12.96 x 20.60 m

Expansion Joint 2: 14.66 x 17.97 m

Pavilion 2

Expansion Joint 1: 14.66 x 44.22 m + 12.96 x 24.73 m

Expansion Joint 2: 14.66 x 17.97 m

Pavilion 4 consists of two expansion joints:

Expansion Joint 1 (Pavilion 4 in the narrower sense): 14.66 x 44.55 m

Expansion Joint 2 (Student Center and laundry): maximum footprint dimensions 49.80 x 35.80 m

PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY
The body of the walkway includes infrastructure as defined by the project: stormwater drainage collector, supply water pipeline, transport water pipeline, sanitary and storm sewer systems, district heating pipeline, public lighting, and telecommunications ducting (DTK).
The walkway is intended exclusively for pedestrian traffic, but certain sections are structurally reinforced to allow access for emergency vehicles in extraordinary circumstances.

STUDENTSKA STREET 1
Studentska Street 1 was constructed as a two-lane roadway with perpendicular parking spaces on the right-hand side.

Lane width: 3.00 m

Parking space dimensions: 5.00 m

CHILLED WATER AND STEAM PIPELINES
The first section of the chilled water and steam pipelines includes installation from the Energo mobile unit connection point to the student dining facility and Pavilion 4.
The second section of the chilled water pipeline runs from the dining facility connection point to the end of Studentska Street 1.
