Accommodation capacities are increased by construction of a new hotel wing FIKUS-RADISSON, as part of the Radisson Blue Resort hotel with a total of 69 accommodation units (54 rooms + 15 apartments). The new alternative hotel wing "FIKUS - RADISSON" Radisson Blu Resort Hotel Split, has a gross area of 6,050 m2. Fikus hotel wing consists of the basement + ground floor + 5 floors and the accommodation units are designed to meet the 4 * hotel categorization standards.

 INTERKONZALTING was responsible for site supervision and management of the project construction FIKUS-RADISSON hotel wing and reconstruction of casinos and fitness facilities in the main hotel building and the outdoor terrace surrounding the bar and restaurant.
