Medvedgrad is Citadel build upon Zagreb, in 13. century (1249-1254.) after Tatars outbursts, on Mali Plazur, SW Medvednica brow. Build by Bishop Filip, for protection Kaptol and Bishops estates, Medvedgrad was one of biggest castles in Croatia. Numerous Croatian squires was owners of castle. In earthquake, 1590 was seriously damaged; abandoned 1602. Counts Kulmer possessed castle until 1945. Famous legend is shrew Black Queen, wandering on walls. Medvedgrad is surrounded with double walls and triple and three gates. Also, there are two towers. In castle is early gothic chapel sv. Filipa i Jakova, and Homeland shrine for all soldiers died in Homeland war. Shrine was build in 1994, conceived as historical Croatian blazon (stone blocks from all parts of Croatia, glass tears and eternal flame.
INTERKONZALTING d.o.o. was responsible for the construction and installation works supervision and coordination, planning and cost control, health and safety supervision, design review, technical assistance to the client for equipment selection. Support was also given during the works and equipment procurement stage.
