Hotel Radisson Blu Resort is located on the beach 3 km from the center of Split. Total gross area of all buildings on the parcel is 29.298,53 m2. The Radisson Blu Resort, Split currently offers its guests 250 rooms. Accommodation capacities are increased by construction of a new hotel wing FIKUS-RADISSON, as part of the Radisson Blue Resort hotel with a total of 69 accommodation units (54 rooms + 15 apartments). The new alternative hotel wing "FIKUS - RADISSON" Radisson Blu Resort Hotel Split, has a gross area of 6,050 m2. Fikus hotel wing consists of the basement + ground floor + 5 floors and the accommodation units are designed to meet the 4 * hotel categorization standards. INTERKONZALTING d.o.o. is responsible for site supervision and management of the project construction FIKUS-RADISSON hotel wing and reconstruction of casinos and fitness facilities in the main hotel building and the outdoor terrace surrounding the bar and restaurant.
